Metadynea - the first in terms of safety in the region

Metadynea was among the winners of the regional stage of the "Russian High Social Efficiency Organisation” competition.

Metadynea took the first place among enterprises in Moscow and the Moscow region in the category titled "For reducing occupational injuries and morbidity in manufacturing organisations" and the second place in the category titled "For developing human resource capacity in manufacturing organisations". Denis Gerasimov, Head of the Occupational and Industrial Safety Department of the company, received the awards.

"From 2022 to 2024, there was not a single registered case of occupational injuries and morbidity at Metadynea. In addition, during the same period, the company increased the amount of financing for measures aimed to improve working conditions and occupational safety by a quarter, to 103 million rubles. This is an investment in people, in their safety and health," - emphasized Denis Gerasimov.

The results of the second category reflect the company's set of HR programs. The company has voluntary health insurance programs, meal remuneration and sports compensation, support measures for employees and their families; the company develops its corporate culture and labour pool. Employees are provided with education and professional training, and young professionals are supported through mentoring and preferential terms.
