From study to work

At the All-Russian employment fair, Metadynea offered to the college students and graduates a start in the profession.

On April 18, the Metadynea's specialists took part in the All-Russian employment fair, organized with the support of the Moscow Region Employment Center and the "Work of Russia" platform.

This year, the fair was held simultaneously in seven cities of the Moscow region. The State Humanitarian and Technological University became the venue in Orekhovo-Zuyevo.

More than 40 employers gathered at the fair, they introduced their companies to students and college graduates, talked about available vacancies and career opportunities, and answered questions from participants.

Representatives of Metadynea spoke about the company's activities, career prospects for young professionals, as well as support measures available both to graduates of the specialized fields and students, who undertake practical training.

Such fairs provide job seekers with the opportunity to communicate with several employers in one place, compare working conditions, learn about new professions and government support measures, get career guidance and get acquainted with educational programs. It is an effective tool for employers to find necessary specialists both in their region and outside of it.

The fair program included interviews with employers, presentations of leading speakers and experts in the field of employment, business games with career consultants from the "Professions of Future" Center, as well as master classes from companies representatives.

Metadynea continues to actively participate in events aimed at developing professional staff and supporting young professionals.
