The Ministry of Social Development of the Moscow region hosted the presentation of awards for the regional stage winners in the competition "Russian Organization of High Social Efficiency". Metadynea became one of the leaders, taking the 2nd place in the nomination "For the Development of Human Resources" and the 3rd place "For the Reduction of Occupational Injuries and Occupational Morbidity".

The company has been confirming its commitment to the principles of sustainable development, including corporate social responsibility, at the competition for several years.

“Our company is focused on creating conditions for the development of the employee and his/her comfortable work at the enterprise. It’s important for us to participate in such competitions, it helps not only to objectively evaluate the results of work, but also to familiarize yourself with the experience of other companies in the Moscow region," highlighted Tatiana Belova, Head of the Personnel Management Department at Metadynea LLC.

The competition commission evaluated regulatory documents and activities for 2020 – 2022.

In the nomination “For the Reduction of Occupational Injuries and Occupational Morbidity in Industrial Sector Organizations”, Metadynea presented 25 measures aimed at ensuring industrial safety, 30 measures to improve working conditions and ensure compliance with occupational safety requirements, 7 measures to comply with environmental legislation and 23 measures to ensure fire safety.

In the nomination "For the Development of Human Resources", social programs to support the company's employees, measures for training and education of employees, organization of mentoring, creation of conditions for professional and personal growth of employees, preparation of an internal reserve of candidates for higher positions, work on recruiting and retaining young specialists in the company, as well as cooperation with 8 specialized higher educational institutions were evaluated.
